Bespoke manufacturer and retailer Hush Kitchens, in Cirencester, has opened a workshop for faster furniture production and as the next step in the growth of the brand.
Located near to its Cotswold showroom, the workspace will be used to manufacture its latest Scandi-style Lugn range of kitchen furniture.
The workshop includes CNC routers and edge benders, and cabinets can be made in any size and finish using paint spraying and timber finishing processes.

Established in 2020, Hush Kitchens offers traditional, in-frame Shaker kitchens with hardwood face, frame and door, with oak-veneered internals and solid oak dovetail drawer boxes as standard.
Whereas, its new Lugn range incorporates a fully CNC’d cabinet in combination with hand-finished fronts.
Founder of Hush Kitchens Chris Spink commented: “It’s been a major investment and a lot of hard work setting it up, but we are very excited about the new kitchen workshop and it now means we can keep an eye on every stage of the manufacturing process.
“By the end of the year, we will be able to product up to two kitchens a week, so it will drastically improve our lead times and will also allow us to offer our kitchens on a supply-only basis for the first time.”
