Trade association for independent KBB retailers, the Kbsa has announced international coach, mentor, author and speaker Tina Southgate as a speaker at its KBB Industry Conference 2024.
Southgate founded her own coaching business in 2006 and has helped leaders create and establish businesses, non-profits, and other projects, and grow their organisation to the next level.
She has coached and mentored internationally in the UK and USA, through workshops, conferences, and training programmes.

Chair of the Kbsa Richard Hibbert commented: “We are delighted that Tina will be joining us this year.
“KBB business owners often work alone or with a small number of other family members, without the business support and training that comes from a larger more corporate structure.
“Tina’s experience will allow delegates to tap into big business thinking, in a way that it can be applied to their own circumstances.
“Other guest speakers are yet to be announced but will cover topics that are relevant to the KBB retail market, such as sales and marketing and artificial intelligence.”
Hosted by broadcast journalist Emma Crosby, the KBB Industry Conference 2024 takes place at the Belfry Hotel and Resort, West Midlands on October 9.
It will be followed by the Kbsa Designer Awards dinner, which will be presented by comedian Ronni Ancona.
“We hope to attract even more retailers than last year for what will be a must attend event,” Richard Hibbert concluded.
A dedicated Kbsa Industry Conference website is now open for online bookings.
