In addition, inspired by its logo of Smokey the Dog, the family pet which is still the company’s logo, Karndean will donate £1 for every Facebook ‘like’ to the Dogs Trust.
As part of its launch, Karndean has launched Looselay, as an alternative to click and laminate flooring. It is supported by a brochure which uses augmented reality so designers can see how the product looks insitu.
Managing director of Karndean Designflooring, Paul Barratt commented: “Our 40th anniversary is a massive achievement and we’re extremely proud of where we started and where we are today. And what better way to celebrate than by giving back to our customers and helping a variety of excellent causes.”
