It is well documented physical activity has a positive impact on mental health, from reducing stress to improving mood and sleep, which could all enhance business performance.

So we will help our readers become fit, in every way, for what business has to throw at them in 2025.

Together with Hansgrohe, we are encouraging retailers and designers to get on their bike, run, walk or take part in any fitness programme.

Over a three-month period (because it takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to make a lifestyle change), we will highlight KBB retailers and designers in the industry who have taken steps to improve their health and fitness and what it has meant to their overall wellbeing and business performance.

It doesn’t need to be a monumental change, it just needs to be a start.

Whether an  individual effort or as part of a group who has started on a wellness journey, perhaps for a charity challenge, we are looking for KBB retailers and designers at all levels of fitness to take part.

We will be partnering with our friends on Strava – the KBB Cycling Club and KBB Running Club –  who you can join to help encourage you and keep you motivated.

To join, simply send us details of your workouts, at the beginning of each month and at the end of each month, to show commitment and potential improvement.

You can use Strava, Zwift, Rouvy or MyWhoosh screenshots or even the fitness page from your mobile phone at the beginning and end of each month, to show commitment and potential improvement.

All information will be kept in the strictest of confidence.

Or you can send a photo, if you prefer, taking part in the activity during the month. The choice is yours!

It’s not a challenge; it’s a wellbeing campaign. The only competitor is yourself and being better than yesterday.

All KBB Retail Health & Fitness Club members will be entered into a prize draw to win Hansgrohe goodies. Let’s get going for 2025!

(Always consult with your doctor before embarking on any health and fitness campaign).
