Kilkenny-based shower enclosure company Merlyn Showering has won the Customer Services Centre of the Year (Small) award at the 2024 CCMA Awards.
It is the third time Merlyn has earned this accolade, showcasing its dedication to excellence in customer service.

The CMMA judges noted the mantra is a driving force for Merlyn’s 34-strong customer service personnel team.
They also noted the company demonstrates an integrated approach to serving customers, with collaboration between all departments.
