Merlyn Showering has launched an online b2b customer resource, MerlynZone, which it reports is part of its “continued drive to deliver excellent customer service”.
The b2b portal will enable Merlyn’s trade customers to search products, prices, stock levels, place orders, check order status and download invoices.
It will mean b2b customers will be able to manage their accounts when they choose, at any time, including evenings and weekend. Merlyn customers will be given log-in details to allow them to access their accounts 24/7, 365 days a year.
