Nobia has appointed its chief financial office Kristoffer Ljungfelt as executive vice president and head of region UK

Kitchen furniture group Nobia has appointed its chief financial office Kristoffer Ljungfelt as executive vice president and head of region UK, pending UK visa approval.

He will succeed Dan Carr who has decided to leave the company to pursue opportunities outside of the group.

President and CEO of Nobia Jon Sintorn said: “I would sincerely like to thank Dan Carr for his valuable contributions to the Nobia Group and Magnet in the UK over the last 17 years.

“As head of region UK, Dan has been a strong driver of the ongoing transformation of our Magnet brand and operations.

“During his tenure a new strategy has been put in place and is already improving the product proposition, our marketing, the Magnet brand proposition and ultimately the positive experience for our customers.

“It has been a pleasure working together with Dan and I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.”

Sintorn continued: “I am very happy to see Kristoffer Ljungfelt as our new head of region UK. Kristoffer has long and broad experience at Nobia and a solid background to drive the UK business.”

Nobia has started the  recruitment process for a chief financial officer.
