KBB distributor PJH has raised over £20,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support, following 12 months of fundraising activities.
The company partnered with the charity last summer with the goal of raising £10,000, and PJH colleagues took part in a wide range of challenges and events, raising £11,531.
Throughout the last year, PJH colleagues have climbed Snowdon and the Three Peaks, as well as Manchester HYROX Challenge and participated in sponsored cake bakes.

PJH promised to match the donations of all the fundraising activities, and so has raised £21,531 in total for the charity.
Chief financial officer of PJH Jason Shaw said: “PJH colleagues from across the UK have excelled in managing and participating in a huge range of Macmillan fundraising events and I’d like to congratulate each and every one of you for your amazing contributions!
“Macmillan Cancer Support is such an amazing organisation that makes a huge difference to the lives of millions of people affected by cancer, so are we are delighted to be presenting this cheque to the charity.”
On receiving the cheque, volunteer fundraising speaker for Macmillan Cancer Support Philip Shuttleworth said: “We would like to say huge thank you to everyone at PJH for fundraising for Macmillan.
“We simply could not do what we do without incredible people like you. I have been so impressed with all your enthusiasm and determination!
“This money raised is essential in continuing to contribute with so many aspects of cancer, from treatments, to coping with everyday life and supporting the 3 million people in the UK living with cancer.”
Based on the success of the one year PJH and Macmillan campaign, the KBB distributor has decided to continue with another 12 months of fundraising activities for Macmillan, aiming to reach an even higher target.
