PJH’s head of marketing & product Kim Cooper said: “We are delighted to have raised so much money through this latest PJH employee fundraiser for Macmillan.
“The hike up to the summit and back had its challenges, but team spirit was high and ‘Together we’re better’!
“The Macmillan charity is such an amazing organisation that makes a huge difference to the lives of millions of people affected by cancer, and we are pleased to add to our fundraising pot – which has a target of £10,000 that PJH pledges to double as soon as we reach it!”
Throughout the year, PJH colleagues have organised a variety of fundraising activities, from ‘Three Peaks’ climbs to bake sales, and football tournaments to fun days and is now over halfway towards its £10k charity goal.
