Boiling water tap brand Quooker has been listed in the top 100 Best Places to Work for a mid-size company by The Sunday Times.
According to the Sunday Times, the companies that have made it into the top 100 are most successful at getting the youngest demographic of workers on board, with the average engagement score for those under 34 coming in at 81%.
It recognises companies which foster healthy environments for learning and development and create happier employees, leading to lower staff turnover and higher productivity.

Quooker has been praised for putting its employees at the heart of the company’s decision-making by giving them greater autonomy.
The company provides free lunches in its pet-friendly office and days of leave are added for each year of service, along with bonus.
It follows on from Quooker being shortlisted for two employer awards – Outstanding Employer Award and the Outstanding Commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Award at the Employers Excellence Awards 2024.
Commenting on the accolade, managing director of Quooker UK Stephen Johnson stated: “We have worked tirelessly to create a company culture that puts the individual first.
“Whilst we value hard work and expect a lot from our staff, we make it a priority to nurture talent through training and development and are always quick to praise and celebrate achievements.
“My goal has always been to create an environment where people can bring their whole selves to work and as such, are seen, valued and empowered to grow in ability and confidence.
“We pour resources into training and staff wellbeing and understand that by investing in our people, they in turn will give back a hundred-fold.”
