Roca Group has 20,000 employees, 79 manufacturing plants and serves 170 countries.

Innotec was purchased through the German subsidiary of Roca Group Sanitärtechnik Eisenberg GmbH, which specialises in bathroom installation systems.

For Roca Group this acquisition is a strategic move due to the complementary nature of Innotec’s activities and its growth potential in Europe and the EMEA region.

It follows on from the acquisition of Italian brassware manufacturer Idral and purchase of Nosag and IneoCare, which specialise in the manufacture of accessible bathrooms for people with reduced mobility.
