Bathroom showrooms are “very” important to sell the spa story in the residential sector, retail and projects manager of Dornbracht Arif Bhaluani has confirmed.
He was speaking at the UK launch of Dornbracht’s Aquahalo at West One Bathrooms in Battersea, London.
Arif Bhaluani explained the importance of retail showrooms was reflected in its partnership with West One Bathrooms, as he commented:“West One have been one of our longest-standing retail partners in the UK.

“West One understands the Dornbracht brand and has a customer base to support specification for the interior designers and the architects that would specify a product like this.”
The luxury bathroom retailer has eight showrooms across London and the Home Counties and is the exclusive partner for launching the Aquahalo showerhead into the UK.
Inspired by a classical chandelier, and priced from £10,000, Aquahalo offers three shower modes – Diamond Rain, Aquacircle Rain and Tempest Rain – and comes in five finishes, including 22kt gold.
Working with 150 dealers in the UK for kitchens and bathrooms, Bhaluani commented on Dornbracht’s decision to exclusively launch Aquahalo through West One Bathrooms in the UK.
“West One is one of our biggest partners in the UK and I think, given the nature of the product, you have to see working. You can’t do that everywhere. It is an investment for any retailer to put this in.
“I think from our perspective, West One Bathrooms understands that we want to invest in the products with the right partners that both understand the brand but also can demonstrate and display the product in the right environment. This is certainly the right environment for the product.”
It follows the global launch of the Aquahalo and Serenity Sky showerhead, held at Dornbracht’s new showroom in Milan.
