Andy Gamble commented: “I’ve dedicated my entire career to the builders’ merchanting industry, and I understand the challenges, triumphs, and the importance of exceptional customer service that you encounter daily.
“From starting as a trainee, progressing through sales and eventually leading one of the Southwest’s most prominent builders’ merchants, with a team of over 350 employees, my journey has been a testament to the possibilities this industry offers.
“My goal in this course is not to dictate but to share my views, experiences, and knowledge. I aim to sow seeds of inspiration and offer ideas that can enhance job satisfaction and elevate customers’ experiences.
“I want to be a guide, drawing from my decades of hands-on experience, to help those just beginning their careers to navigate the challenges and seize the opportunities that come their way in the builders’ merchanting world.”
Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of achievement.
Managing director of Simon Acres Group, Simon Acres adds: “By investing in training you gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of builders’ merchants.
“It provides a unique opportunity for new starters to benefit from over 40 years of experience from a true industry legend. When starting out in any industry, it’s natural to consider the paths that your career may follow.
“This training module answers many questions that new starters may have and provides valuable tips that can help to accelerate your career.”
In addition, Simon Acres Group has published an Industry Legends video with Andy Gamble to encourage more young people into the sector.
