Designers and retailers advised to take out radiators to create more kitchen storage
Smith’s Environmental Products has teamed up with TV presenter and journalist Roger Bisby to show retailers and designers how to create more storage in a kitchen by removing radiators and fitting the heating into the furniture plinths.
Bisby, who provides DIY advice, tutorials and techniques through his YouTube channel, shows how to meet the needs of homeowners who want more worksurface, appliances or storage units in a limited space by installing the Smith’s Space Saver.
According to Smith’s Environmental Products, freeing up the traditional space used for heating a kitchen allows for increased sales values, allowing designers to add more units, appliances or longer worktop lengths.
