In advance of World Water Day, on March 22, Sonas Bathrooms has announced details of its water-saving bathroom products, which save up to 100,000 litres.

Sonas provides products that are independently certified by the Unified Water Label, to help consumers make informed choices about water and energy use.

It includes the ALITA thermostatic showers and bar valve, offering a 6 -litre per minute flow when fitted with the suppliedrestrictor, which is designed to cut shower water consumption in half.

Sonas water-saving tap collection, including Alita, Hakk, Inez, Scope, Luta, and Core basin mixers all achieve a 5-litre per minute flow.

Additionally, Sonas offers taps with Cold Start technology, which promotes the use of cold water for everyday tasks that don’t require hot water.

In addition to taps and showers, its Eco Flush WCs use just 4/2.6 litres per flush, saving over 30% of water compared to a standard 6/4L dual-flush system.

Beyond water conservation, the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)-certified Horizon ceramics collectiondemonstrates the company’s commitment to transparency and reducing environmental impact at every stage of the product lifecycle.

EPD certification tracks a product’s environmental footprint from raw material extraction through to manufacturing,transportation, use, and disposal.
