Water boosting pump provider Stuart Turner Group has announced the appointment of John Blackburn as divisional managing director for domestic products.
He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the construction and home improvements sector, having held MD roles at Twyford, Coram and Impey.
His role will include liaising with customers and suppliers to lead the company’s domestic products division and develop Stuart Turner’s residential offering.

Commenting on his new role, John Blackburn said: “Stuart Turner has such a rich and innovative heritage having been around for more than 115 years.

Having worked in the home improvements sector for some time, this is an exciting opportunity for me to bring my skills and experience to lead and develop the residential offer for our customers and I look forward to working with the domestic products divisional team.”
He will be joined by Mark Ayckbourn, who has taken up the position of product manager within the domestic division.
Ayckborn also has a career spanning 25 years, working on development and manufacturing of products within the plastics industry, and collaborating with organisations, including the NHS, Boots, Walmart and Selfridges.
As well as specialising in driving growth within the consumer electronics sector, he also founded a start-up that grew into a thriving enterprise with 350 employees.
