Ultra Finishing has announced the corporate name, Roxor Group, will now be used across all of its subsidiary companies.
Ultra Fniishing Limited has been renamed, with the corporate group now called Roxor Group, with immediate effect.
It will be used to encompass all of its subsiduary companies, which include Ultra Finishing, recently acquired BC Designs, Niko, Portabella Shaw, Shanghai PTB Sanitary Ware and, the soon to be, Fireclay Factory.
The company reports that the Group name form part of its strategy “to bring coherence and connectivity to its many subsidiaries and brands” and it will be used when communicating about the complete entity and its brands.

Speaking about the change in corporate name, chief executive officer Dave Cullen said: “The diversification of companies and brands, each reflecting their own product portfolios and service, demands a new corporate name to unify all subsidiary companies and sub-brands when referenced collectively. Roxor Group is the new name and we are excited to see this new top-line name take us forward to greater success.”
He continued: “With a high growth strategy and further product and services diversification planned, the new name will be instrumental in communicating the exciting future ahead.”
