Bathroom brand Vado has consolidated its warehousing operations and relocated to a larger warehouse in Bridgwater, Somerset.
The move brings five separate warehouses in Cheddar and Glastonbury together on one site.
Now operational, Vado states its new warehouse not only enhances capacity but also enables the company to offer an improved and faster service.

Measuring 65,000sqft, including 8,000 pallet spaces, six loading docks, office facilities and a yard space, the new facility supports the company’s expansion into new bathroom categories.
This includes the recent launch of Cameo furniture and sanitaryware, allowing Vado to hold more stock and store larger items.
According to Vado it not only streamlines our operations, but also demonstrates the company’s commitment to sustainability by reducing its logistics carbon footprint.
Managing director of Vado Andy Baines commented: “This move is a key step towards becoming more efficient and responsive to our customer’s need.
“By centralising our operations, we are on a path of continuous improvement, saving 1,000 trips per year and reducing our annual van transportation by 26,000 miles.”
While Vado’s Customer Support and Operations teams are now based in Bridgwater, its head office is still located in Cheddar.
