The roll of honour will be announced in the January/February magazine, and the inductees profiled throughout the year in print, online and through the brand’s social media channels.
Commenting on the sponsorship, managing director of Michael Sammon said: “We are delighted to be supporting the newly launched KBB Retail Hall of Fame.
“We are entrenched in this fantastic industry and proud to be part of it.
“Sponsoring this new KBN initiative we will be helping to recognise and honour the retailers who have made significant contributions to the kitchen and bathroom industry, and by doing so create a lasting legacy which supports and promotes excellence in our sector.”
Editor of KBN Philippa Turrell added: “We are thrilled Wödår has become the first sponsor of the KBB Retail Hall of Fame, supporting and honouring accomplished KBB retail professionals.
“From the arts, through to sports and science, there is a Hall of Fame to honour excellence for individuals in perpetuity.
“We are now introducing the concept to KBB retail, to create a permanent roll of honour and elite club of ambassadors.
“We are excited Wödår has joined us in this vision and helped us on the mission.”
Philippa Turrell concluded: “While KBN will be a custodian of the hall of fame, it will be curated by the industry and belong to the industry.”
