APS Distribution, home of Swift Electrical and selected appliance brands, has appointed former AO employees Wayne Paskin and Roger Giles to its sales team.

Roger Giles has been appointed as head of sales and product development, while Wayne Paskin has been named head of business development.

Giles has built his career through positions such as UK sales manager at AO Business Contracts and business development manager at AO Business – Housebuilders.

Prior to that he worked as contract sales manager at Omega PLC and regional sales manager at Moores Furniture Group.

Commenting on his new role, Giles said: “I am excited to join APS Distribution and apply my experience to help develop the business further.

“I look forward to working with the team to build strong partnerships and drive sustainable growth in the appliance market.”

Wayne Paskin brings experience from his recent roles as senior business development manager – contracts and business development manager in the housebuilder division at AO.

His background also includes roles at Omega PLC, JPD Contracts and PJH Group, where he gained expertise in market expansion and driving sales growth.

Paskin added: “I am very pleased to join APS Distribution at this exciting time. I look forward to contributing my experience and working collaboratively with the team to support our continued success in the appliance sector.”

APS Distribution, formerly The Recycling Group, acquired Swift Electrical from administration, last year.
