British bespoke cabinet manufacturer Clive Christian Furniture has appointed Phillip Cole as its global sales director.
He is the latest in a series of high profile appointments to the Clive Christian Furniture organisation, which is now under the leadership of new owner and chairman David Dare.
Dare was named chairman in 2019, following a 10-year tenure as the owner of Shaws of Darwen.

In this new role, Cole is responsible for all sales planning and will oversee the brand’s stable of 18 showrooms in the UK, Europe, Asia and the United States.
He will also formalise all strategic brand partnerships and establish new global market opportunities.
David Dare commented: “We are embarking on a an exciting new chapter for Clive Christian Furniture and have ambitious plans.
“I have had the pleasure of working alongside Phil for a number of years and have a great deal of respect for his drive, passion and deep understanding of the luxury interiors market.

Cole joins the furniture maker from British-based tap manufacturer Perrin & Rowe where he has worked for the past 10 years.
Following its acqusition by Fortune Brands, Cole managed contract sales in the luxury hospitality space for all three of the company’s brands – Perrin & Rowe, Shaws of Darwen and Victoria + Albert.
