Sink, tap and appliance manufacturer Franke has appointed two new field service technicians to provide technical support to customers with boiling water taps, cooker hoods, and waste disposal units.

Cody Norton and Martin Collomosse have joined the five-strong Franke’s Field Service team, covering the Midlands and East and the North respectively.

With hands-on experience and knowledge of plumbing and gas fitting, they have been employed for their skill set to carry out this consumer facing role.

Both will visit customers’ homes or provide remote support to diagnose and repair issues with Franke products.

They are also available to offer training to retailers on product installation in showrooms and to provide advice on technical and maintenance enquiries.

Franke’s aftersales service includes an optional annual maintenance package for its instant boiling water taps, 360° support from the Consumer Care team for all customer enquiries, online maintenance videos and guides plus a product registration service.
