UK shower tray manufacturer JT has promoted northern key account manager Paul Atherton to national specification manager.

JT appoints northern key account manager

Atherton joined JT in 2022 and has 36 years of sales experience, including roles with Roper Rhodes and Lecico Bathrooms where he was area sales manager before becoming national contract support manager.

For JT, Atherton looked after key merchant branches and distribution partners for the North of England, North Wales and Scotland.

In his new position, he will focus on supporting the manufacturers’ contract quotations, whilst liaising with house builders, contractors and social housing developments.

Commenting on his new position, Paul Atherton said: “I’m delighted to have been promoted to national specification manager at JT at what is an exciting time for the company.

“Variety is key to this role, and I’m thankful for the opportunities I have been given to travel across the country to build relationships with both existing and new customers.”

Paul Atherton’s promotion follows the appointment of Dave Shaw as regional sales manager for the North of England.
