In his new role, Russell’s position will cover Kutchenhaus’s installation service, recruitment and development of people, and the overall showroom opening experience.
Discussing his new position, John Russell commented: “It’s an exciting time to be joining the business and I’m really looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
“My role will be varied, nicely split between installation and the in-store experience, meaning I will have an impact on what the customer journey of purchasing a Kutchenhaus kitchen looks and feels like.”
He continued: “Part of my role will be ensuring spaces are high-quality and that our franchise partners are in the best possible position ahead of their opening.
“All work will ultimately be around the experience for the end customer, showcasing the best in German kitchen design.”
Paul Lee, head of marketing at Kutchenhaus, commented: “John brings a wealth of experience to the team and will be a true asset thanks to both his knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry.
“He’ll become a key contact for new franchise partners, using his experience to work with them on a personal level and support their showroom opening, helping them to deliver an exceptional space for customers to explore.”
As a part of European kitchen manufacturer Nobilia, Kutchenhaus has a head office in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, more than 60 UK showrooms, and is a Trustpilot ‘Excellent’-rated business.
