Bathroom manufacturer Roca Group has promoted Steven McGill to the role of national development manager, covering the whole of the UK.
He has been with Roca since 2015, having been employed as area sales manager before becoming project and residential specification manager.
Now McGill will step into the shoes of Sian Lane, who has secured and fostered trading relationships with the UK’s national housebuilders over the last 20 years.

Maintaining and strengthening those relationships with developers is a key part of McGill’s responsibilities going forward.
He will continue to benefit from Sian’s experience, as she has moved into a supporting role for the wider developer sales team.
Head of residential (UK) Liam Buxton said: “The newbuild landscape is hugely challenging at the moment, with Future Homes Standard looming, nutrient neutrality and water company demands.
“This is without mentioning the impact the end of the government’s Help to Buy scheme and rising interest rates has had on first-time buyers.
“Thankfully, our vast portfolio of products across the Roca and Laufen brands is perfectly aligned to help housebuilders meet these demands without comprising on style.
“And after eight years in the Roca Group, Steven has all the knowledge and experience to assist our housebuilding partners in navigating their way through these challenges.”
Buxton concluded: “The national developer manager role is a demanding yet exciting one and we’re looking forward to supporting Steven in it, as well as seeing how he makes the role his own. I wish him the very best of luck.”
