Bathroom manufacturer Roca Group UK has welcomed Matt Preece as merchant business development manager (BDM) for the South West of England.
Bathroom manufacturer Roca Group UK has welcomed Matt Preece as merchant business development manager (BDM) for the South West of England.
His role will be to liaise with all merchant businesses in the area, supporting, guiding and building strong relationships with them.
Preece brings a wealth of experience to his role, having working in a variety of roles in the bathroom industry, including a decade at Homebase.

Most recently, he was a business development manager for Utopia Furniture in the South West.
Commenting on his new role, Matt Preece said: ““One of the important parts of my new role will be working with the local Retail team to make sure we are growing Roca in the right areas, as well as with our Specification and National Account teams to deliver through our merchant partners.
“However, being able to promote a brand as successful and forward-thinking as Roca is a privilege and I’m proud to be able to walk into merchants with that brand behind me.
“I’ve only been in the role a short time, but I’ve already met a large number of my new customers and can see I’m going to have a lot of fun working with them!”
