To support its ongoing success, Roxor Group has announced two new roles in the organisation.
Paul Hollingworth will be appointed as the new Chief Commercial Officer, which will see current CCO, Tony Wood, become Chief Sourcing Officer – Wood will be responsible for all in-sourced global manufacturing capability and strategic outsourced supply chain.
Meanwhile, the group’s Ultra Finishing arm has recruited Lee Miles to the new role of National Sales Manager, supporting the success of its ‘bricks and mortar’ channels, currently running 22% ahead of the prior year.

Hollingworth will sit on the Roxor Executive Board, responsible for all Sales, Marketing and Commercial activities across the group. He brings a wealth of quality bathroom experience and knowledge from some of the leading global players in the market, having most recently been MD for Kohler in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Miles also brings with him many years’ experience in the sector with some big brands, coupled with a strong customer-centric ethic and sales performance management toolkit.
Whilst 2017 offered stable performance, the group made strategic acquisitions and also continued its journey towards being a major brand player with the addition of the Bayswater exclusivity deal partnering Ideal Bathrooms.
Notwithstanding the acquisitions, the core UK operations have started strongly in 2018, being 15% up on the previous year.
Roxor is very excited to be moving forward at a great pace that will see it cement itself as the partner of choice for all its customers and channels.
