Tile and stone company Sarsen Stone Group has hired John Diamond as its group commercial director.

In his new role, Diamond will be responsible for the group’s sales teams, business development including expansion into new markets in the UK and abroad and support systems.

His work will span the full suite of brands under Sarsen Stone Group banner, including Ca’ Pietra, Artisans of Devizes and National Trust Tile Collection.

Previous to joining Sarsen Stone Group, Diamond held senior international positions at LSA International, Tom Dixon Studios and Established & Sons.

This announcement follows on from the appointment of Steve McGuire as group managing director.
