Water-boosting pump manufacturer Stuart Turner Group has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of a chief financial officer and technical director.

Karl Bostock joins the company as chief financial officer (CFO) and Matt Lyndon as technical director of the group.

Bostock brings over 15 years of experience as a CFO in manufacturing, having previously held positions at Bulgin and Coveris UK.

As well as many years in finance, he has expertise in business partnerships within private equity-owned environments.

His responsibilities at Stuart Turner Group include overseeing the finance, supply chain, and IT management teams, with a focus on driving efficiency, supporting mergers and acquisition activity, while shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction.

Commenting on his new role, Karl Bostock said: “Stuart Turner has a remarkable legacy of quality and innovation, and I’m excited to join at such an exciting time in its growth.

Technical director of Stuart Turner Group Matt Lyndon

 

Matt Lyndon adds his experience in engineering and product development to the group, having worked across a range of industries, including medical, FMCG, and industrial.

His previous positions include head of engineering at Medmix, where he led new product development and supported a product portfolio, and senior mechanical engineering manager at Seagate.

In his new role, Matt will lead Stuart Turner’s technical development while supporting and managing the company’s current product portfolio.

Commenting on his role, Matt Lyndon said: “I’m thrilled to be joining a company that is so well-known across the industry for engineering excellence and quality.

“I hope to use my experience to enhance our product portfolio and drive innovation and business growth in both the commercial and domestic sectors.
