Kitchen and bedroom door supplier Uform has appointed an area sales manager for its GB sales team and logistics manager for its factory in Northern Ireland.

Stephen Evans has been appointed as area sales manager for Northwest England and brings over 20 years’ industry experience to the role, having worked with three door and component manufacturers.

Reporting to GB sales director Dan Winchester, Evans will be responsible for managing existing key accounts, developing new business opportunities and providing “a high level” of customer service.

He will be responsible for the independent retail channels, trade customers, and manufacturers, providing product updates, discount opportunities and advising on showroom displays.

The company has recently introduced a Click & Collection service for GB customers to enhance its logistics network.

In addition, Martin Doyle joins Uform as business unit manager for the company’s logisitics department.

He has over 20 years’ experience in fleet management, manufacturing and 3PL logisitics.

Doyle will manage outbound logistics, including transportation with third-party providers, delivery scheduling, tracking and KPI management.
