Brassware manufacturer Vado has introduced Omika Noir to its Individual collection which, as the name suggests, is available in a Polished Black finish.
Designed by Jo Love, Omika Noir boasts a sculptural form designed to embody the power and beauty of water, with a minimalist silhouette and geometric accents.
Polished Black is a lavish alternative to an all-chrome aesthetic with a high-gloss finish, allowing it to reflect light and be the focal point of the room.

Omika Noir is available in deck mounted and wall mounted basin mixers, waste and bottle trap, freestanding and wall-mounted bath filler, as well as shower valves, head, kit and bathroom accessories.
The collection was launched at the inaugural Vado Appreciation Awards, held at the Radisson Blu Hotel at East Midlands Airport, for its customers and partners.
Omika Noir is featured on the Vado VIV app, which uses Augmented Reality to show how it the brassware will look in a customer’s home.
Sintered stone manufacturer Neolith has launched Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset, inspired by nature and classical architecture, and for use in kitchens or bathrooms walls, floors, in gardens or facades.
They belong to The New Classtone and Fusioncollections which interpret marble and natural stone, respectively, and boast Neolith’s antibacterial NeolEAT technology.
Inspired by Ancient Rome, Calacatta Roma (pictured top) pays homage to Italian Carrara marble, with ochre and grey veins in a white background.
While the Cappadocia region, in central Turkey, with its rock formations formed by volcanoes and underground cities, has inspired Cappadocia Sunset (pictured below).
Just like all of Neolith’s surfaces, Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset are resistant to heat and atmospheric conditions, are 100% recyclable, and do not contain added quartz to their formulation.
