Bathroom manufacturer VitrA has added two frame and concealed cistern models to its portfolio, designed to ease installation of wall-hung and back-to-wall WCs.
Launched as ‘Core’ and ‘Prime’ the frames measure 30mm x 40mm and are supplied with a wall connection fixing kit, including brackets and front adjustment mounting bolts.
They feature three water inlet options – left, top and back – and clean water and wastewater pipes are also fixed together with load-bearing clamps.

Designed to improve accuracy and efficiency on site, the flush plate area includes reference points that imprint the plasterboard with a cutting guide. There are also markings showing the 100cm level.
VitrA’s Prime frame further includes spring-loaded feet to bear the weight and an adjustable clamp to secure the waste pipe in place – for a one-person installation.
Reference points on the V-Stopper also imprint the plasterboard with an additional cutting guide.
The model also includes water and electrical connections for shower toilets and electrical flush plates and the water conduit can be accessed through the flush plate opening, meaning they can be connected in the future retrospectively.
Backed by VitrA’s 10-year warranty, the 3/6 litre cistern option is WRAS approved and spare parts are guaranteed for 30 years.
