Within the 7000 and 8000 series range is Universal Dose, a drawer designed for Pods capsules as well as detergent, pre-wash and softener.
Tailored waterjets soften, pierce and fully dissolve Pods in the drawer, which AEG claims activates them 60% faster, compared to when placed in the drum.
The 9000 Series AbsoluteCare 8kg Washing Machine, ( which operates at 30% better than A Energy Rating) features SoftWater, which filters out chemicals.
In addition, the model also boasts ProSteam – a short cycle that refreshes clothes with steam, which AEG says uses 96% less water than a normal wash.
The tumble dryers in the new range have SensiDry heat pump technology that dries clothes at low temperatures, reportedly without extending the drying time.
In addition, they also include PreciseDry, which adjusts the cycle based on the load size, saving time and energy usage.
AEG has launched the 9000 Series AbsoluteCare Plus 9kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer , with an A+++ Energy Rating which detects moisture levels for even drying, using 3DScan Technology.
The AbsoluteCare feature uses heat pump technology, along with drum movement patterns, to dry clothing, even delicate items.
This feature also restores water protection for outdoor clothes and is Woolmark Blue certified.
To complete the new range of products, AEG reports its washer dryers will bring together the best technologies from its washing machine and tumble dryer range and are due to be launched later in 2023.
