Premium Scandinavian appliance brand Asko has launched the Elevate hob with integrated downdraft hood and smart Celsius°Cooking system.
Premium Scandinavian appliance brand Asko has launched the Elevate hob with integrated downdraft hood and smart Celsius°Cooking system.
It boasts an automatic extraction tower, positioned in the centre of the induction hob space, which retracts when not in use.
Elevate also has a filter system with two smaller fans instead of one, which Asko states makes it one of quietest hood-in-hob solutions, with filters that are dishwasher safe.

The Elevate “hood-in-hob” has 11 power levels and a boost-level, for rapid boiling, with four cooking zones featuring individual count-down and stopwatch timers.
Enabling users to create larger cooking areas for large pots and pans, it also features two Auto Bridge functions.
In addition, Elevate also boasts the Celsius°Cooking system, designed to simplify and enhance the cooking experience.
With Bluetooth connected pot, pan and probe, users can precisely measure cooking temperatures as well as the core temperature of food and the intelligent system will control it for users.
Asko is seeking to create network of brand ambassadors, through growing displaying independent kitchen retailers.
