The Bora X Bo professional oven, with steam function, can now be operated with the Bora Joy app, offering over 200 automatic programmes.
With these pre-set programmes, the optimum temperature, cooking time and steam usage for dish preparation can be selected and started on the oven or in the app.
The 19” display provides information about the food’s temperature and settings, such as the degree of browning, to ensure they are tailored to users’ preferences.

The oven can extract steam from the oven chamber to prevent the door steaming up and neutralises cooking odours, plus it boasts an intensive quick clean programme.
Designed to have rapid heating and cooling times, consumers can cook on three levels in the oven.
There are also accessories to complement the oven, including stainless steel air fry tray, plus double-sided flat baking and ridged grilling plate for steaks, salmons and vegetables.
Complementing the Bora X Bo steam oven is the multidrawer, to warm crockery and regenerate cold food and defrost frozen food in selected models.
It can be connected via Bora Connect, using the oven’s display.
Bora recently launched a multimedia advertising campaign to promote its luxury kitchen appliances.
