Premium kitchen appliance manufacturer Elica has launched the NikolaTesla Velvet vented induction hob, with aesthetics reportedly as smooth as the fabric.
Premium Italian kitchen appliance manufacturer Elica has launched the NikolaTesla Velvet vented induction hob, with aesthetics reportedly as smooth as the fabric.
Available in 600, 720, or 830 mm widths, it incorporates a centrally-positioned air extraction system, activated with a flick of the central flap.
The A-rated vented hob features discreet typography and boasts automatic modes, including Autocapture, with extraction power level automatically adjusted to optimise energy consumption.

In addition, there is also a bridge function to connect two adjacent zones to create a bigger cooking area and allow the use of large cookware.
NikolaTesla Velvet operates at 44dB-68db and incorporates long life filters that can be regenerated, and reportedly last up to five years.
Elica also recently introduced the 900mm Virtus oven with hydrocleaning function.
