New Zealand luxury appliance brand Fisher & Paykel has launched the Series 11 modular cooktop range, which offers customisable cooking zones.
Designed with the social kitchen in mind, the modular cooktops can combine induction, teppan and ventilation modules, to meet their household cooking requirements.
There is a choice of 16 components and consumer can choose from one up to five modules to cater from small to larger kitchens.

Consumers can choose from a Minimal style, sleek black glass or softer grey glass finish to suit their kitchen design in flush-fitted or raised with the countertop.
It follows on from the launch of the Minimal Style built-in cooking appliances in Grey Glass.
Operated by touchscreen from the primary cooktop, Series 11 modular cooktop offers SmartHQ app connectivity for additional cooking functions including Sous Vide and Poaching, a Wireless Temperature Sensor to monitors cooking and an “easy-to-clean” finish with a built-in cleaning mode
