Sink, tap and appliance manufacturer Franke has extended its premium Mythos appliance offer with a large induction hob (FMY 906 I FP BK).

Measuring 860mm, the now sees the hob offered in three sizes which also includes 770mm and 650mm options to suit a range of cabinetry.

The Mythos Induction Hob FMY 906 I FP BK offers six cooking zones, including a Flex Pro zone for pots and pans of all sizes.

With 18 power levels and a booster function, the hob features an interface with touch buttons, LCD text-assisted displays, a white digital display, and slider controls.

The FMY 906 I FP BK offers 63 CookAssist functions, an Easycook function for melting, slow-cooking, boiling and grilling, along with a child lock for enhanced safety.

As with all Franke hobs and appliances, the new model comes with a two-year warranty.

It follows on from the launch of the Franke 2gether vented hobs across its Maris, Mythos and Smart collections.
