Premium German appliance brand Küppersbusch has introduced MattBlack induction hob – KI8550.0.
The frameless 800mm black hob offers 10 power levels, with ‘glideControl’, created for precision cooking.
In addition, the new model features eight special pre-programmed functions including the choice to melt, keep warm, for pasta, poach, confit, fry, roast and grill favourite dishes.

Designed for cooking with a variety of cookware, it features the new ‘Vario Induction’ function, allowing pans of different sizes and large roasting tins to be used together by bridging cooking zones.
A ‘chef’ mode also allows the cooking zones to be subdivided into three sections, giving users the flexibility to set the individual power levels.
The K.Series 5 KI8550.0 hob is also equipped with key safety features including a ‘stop and go’ button, residual heat indicator, a childproof lock and holiday shut down mode.
It can be used alongside the DesignLine Matt Black series of appliances, from Küppersbusch.
Sintered stone manufacturer Neolith has launched Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset, inspired by nature and classical architecture, and for use in kitchens or bathrooms walls, floors, in gardens or facades.
They belong to The New Classtone and Fusioncollections which interpret marble and natural stone, respectively, and boast Neolith’s antibacterial NeolEAT technology.
Inspired by Ancient Rome, Calacatta Roma (pictured top) pays homage to Italian Carrara marble, with ochre and grey veins in a white background.
While the Cappadocia region, in central Turkey, with its rock formations formed by volcanoes and underground cities, has inspired Cappadocia Sunset (pictured below).
Just like all of Neolith’s surfaces, Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset are resistant to heat and atmospheric conditions, are 100% recyclable, and do not contain added quartz to their formulation.
