Premium appliance manufacturer Miele has launched the Discovery range, at a lower price point for the brand, for the likes of first-time buyers and renters.
The Discovery range comprises built-in ovens, as well as built-in and freestanding dishwashers, and refrigeration.
Offering a choice of seven models, Discovery 600mm ovens are finished in Obsidian Black Glass with a ‘floating’ handle aesthetic.

Boasting automatic programmes with pre-set recipes, the connected ovens allows for remote operation and updates via the Miele@home app, with selected models featuring catalytic or pyrolytic cleaning.
Top-of-the-range model is the Pureline design with 76-litre capacity with five shelf positions, Miele@home connectivity, yrolytic cleaning, flexiclip runners and SoftOpen/SoftClose door.
The Discovery range of Miele dishwashers comprises two freestanding and two built-in designs, with models offering quick washes and operating at 45dB.
Each model comes with the option for hot water connection, reportedly saving up to 40% electricity, and 6-litre auto programmes.
Discovery refrigeration spans six freestanding fridge freezers, two fridges and three freezers and includes Miele’s Daily Fresh and Perfect Fresh Pro food preserving technology.
The range sees the introduction of the XXL Box and Flexiboard, with models operating at 33dB.
There are also new colour options – a glass front in Graphite Grey (on premium models), BlackSteel and an upgraded Stainless Steel look.
The top-of-the-range freestanding fridge freezer is a 2010mm tall model with Daily Fresh, DynaCool & DuplexCool, No Frost, SuperCool / SuperFreeze and a SoftClose door, which operates at 37dB.
