Premium appliance brand Novy has added to its vented induction hobs with dial controls –  The Novy Easy 90 Prestige.

The 900mm hob can be surface or flush-mounted has an A++ + energy rated central matrix extraction vent that activates when cooking starts and automatically regulates the extraction speed.

While the frame of the metal grease filter also acts as a  collection tray should something boil over and run into the extractor.

Boasting nine speed settings and a 10-minute run-on timer, the extraction has a maximum free flow rate of 750m³/h and a minimum noise level of 35dB(A).

Available as an extraction or as a recirculation model, the hob features four octagonal 240 x 210mm cooking zones which converted into two larger Flexzones, for larger pans, on either side of the extraction vent.

There are 99-minute timers on each zone, an independent cooking timer and a count-up timer.

Featuring automatic pot detection, pans can be moved around the hob and the temperature will also remain the same once re-situated.

It also boasts Automatic Cooking where the power boost function is activated to maximum, reducing the temperature to simmer when water is boiled.

Once food is cooked, it can be kept on a Keep Warm function at 42°C and there is Stop&Go pause function, plus child lock and  auto safety switch-off.

The Novy Easy 90 Prestige is operated by four stylish black aluminium push and turn rotary dial controls to adjust the nine power levels and cooking functions for each zone.

In addition, there is a central black aluminium control to manually adjust the extraction speed.
