Appliance brand Smeg has unveiled the Neptune Grey finish for its built-in models, as an alternative to black or stainless steel.
It is available on hobs, hoods and ovens, complementing its small, domestic appliances including stand mixer, toaster, kettle and drip filter coffee machine.
Neptune Grey has been applied to its Area induction hobs, Linea wall hoods and an array of Linea built-in ovens with Galileo technology.

The Area induction hob boasts Follow Pot technology which, as the name suggests, follows a pan around the hob while maintaining its initial settings.
It boasts dedicated functions such as boil, melting and allows for each pot to have its own timer and up to 17 power levels, all of which are operated by a Vivo Screen Max full colour display.
Also available in Neptune Grey, Linea hobs and hood can be paired with Auto-vent 2.0 technology and allow users to automatically control extraction by using a paired Smeg hob.
Boasting four speeds, the Linea hoods include an intensive speed to rapidly remove steam and odours using perimeter extraction.
Completing the Neptune Grey collection is Smeg’s line of Galileo ovens, which allows users to cook with steam, microwave and traditionally, all at once, reducing cooking times by up to 80%.
The nine built-in oven models, in the Neptune Grey collection, come in two sizes – a compact 450mm or standard-sized 600mm.
Built-in Smeg appliances are available through buying group MHK-UK.
